Dance I-IV

In Dance 1-4, students are introduced to a variety of dance styles, including jazz, pom, ballet, contemporary, and hip hop. Students learn fundamental techniques, such as body alignment, flexibility, and rhythm, while also exploring creative expression through movement. Students practice choreography, developing group performance skills. Additionally, dance class encourages an understanding of the history and cultural significance of different dance forms, giving students a deeper appreciation of the art. Through regular practice and performance opportunities, students gain confidence and develop a strong foundation in both technical skill and artistic expression.
